“Think of your dream pirate radio station for weirdos, freaks, and degenerates in the 90’s before mainstream internet. When you were in chat rooms learning about gritty gothic-horror literature, bbs systems learning about bands, cult classics were all the rage, a time when you’d find copies of MK Ultra and other photo-copied magazines at local record stores, and you first instances of breathing the midnight air of the city streets looking for the “underground”. That’s the vibe we got going on at waxradioindy.com. At our station, we are sovereign entities, who enjoy music from all genres and decades. You will find no tribalism here.”
